Microsoft .NET Developer

We are looking for a .NET Software Developer to join our Product team in the continuous development and maintenance of our Foodservice and Retail product suites. The successful candidate will have a passion for software development, and be an active contributor to the overall success of the Product team.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and build applications using the Microsoft .NET Web services development framework

• Work closely with other Product team members during the full application development cycle

• Create test cases during the testing phase of the software

• Participate in the investigation and resolution of software defects

• Support the implementation and sales teams during deployment planning and client readiness preparation

Software Training Representative

The Software Training Representative will work directly with ARBA clients who are implementing or upgrading systems in the Foodservices and Retail product portfolios. This position requires 50%-70% travel.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide extensive software training to ARBA clients, both on-site and remotely

• Create and execute effective training plans, and provide the best training service which results in high client satisfaction

• Identify new training needs based on future product enhancements and new product offerings

• Communicate technical information in an informative and educational format

• Create and update training manuals, visual aids and other educational materials

Customer Service Representative

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the support team, and committed to providing outstanding support and service to ARBA clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze client support request data, and define plans to permanently fix issues from resurfacing

• Discuss plans on potential changes to client’s internal environments that could impact solution performance

• Leverage internal knowledge bases and proprietary troubleshooting techniques to resolve client technical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Coordinate efforts with development team and other support team members to diagnose the root cause of escalated technical issues, and provide a time bound and accurate resolution.

• Proactively get in touch with ARBA clients to provide software updates, service packs and recommend appropriate follow up training

Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will be responsible for all aspects of business development, from lead generation and opportunity qualification through contract negotiation and closure.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new client leads through marketing campaign follow up and prospecting

• Create new business opportunities by contacting existing customers, and cross-selling into new areas and locations

• Manage opportunities and time effectively so that all daily responsibilities, assignments and campaign objectives are consistently exceeded

• Build in-depth knowledge of ARBA solutions, value propositions, and competitive advantages

• Keep management informed by submitting activity reports, such as weekly sales reports and activity plans, and monthly and annual sales analyses and revenue forecasts
