With the Customer Community, you will be able to create and check the status of support cases online, communicate with an ARBA Support Professional, and access a product knowledgebase with product documentation and answers for many of your questions.
In addition, the Community provides an online social platform that enables you to connect to other ARBA customers, and the data and records you need to get work done. This next-generation portal combines the real-time collaboration of Salesforce Chatter with the ability to share any file, data, or record anywhere and on any mobile device. Self-service empowers you to find answers to your questions with a searchable knowledge base, and work together to answer one another’s questions and solve problems.
