Introducing our new physical inventory device: Mobile Quest Tablet! Physical inventory and line busting, brought to you by ARBA Retail Systems.
Physical Inventory Device
The most active time for a Physical Inventory Device is just around the corner. As you prepare your gift shop for this major event, consider the tools that will make this task easier, faster, and more accurate.
The Quest Tablet is an ideal tool that allows you to input physical inventory data directly into your ARBA POS system’s inventory database. Using the built-in bar code scanner, instantly scan each item being inventoried, and enter the inventory count directly into your inventory database real time.
The 10″ screen lets you easily see what’s being scanned. By entering each count directly into your ARBA POS system inventory database, the second step of synchronizing data is eliminated, and the likelihood of data entry error is greatly reduced or eliminated.
Line Busting & Fundraisers
Avoid long lines during busy hours or during the holidays with our Line Busting Tablet. Use the same physical inventory tablet, with the optional addition of an ARBA POS Register Software, to make Point of Sale transactions. The Tablet is also ideal for use with ARBA Fundraiser Software for Fundraising events.
The same employees and volunteers are familiar with the Register configuration that would be on the Tablet, and be used for Line Busting whenever needed. This tablet comes with a bar code scanner, optional proximity reader for employee badges. The tablet also has an optional EMV and chip card reader to take all types of credit cards.
With our bluetooth printer, employees can attach a printer to their arm or belt to instantly print out receipts, and have your customer on their way.
The use of the same Tablet for Physical Inventory and for Line Busting and Fundraisers will allow you to take the most advantage of your investment in the hardware, instead of having hardware that is only used once in a while for just physical inventory.
